Yes, absolutely. We guarantee that every timepiece sold by Time Trader is 100% genuine and original. Every watch undergoes a comprehensive authentication and quality inspection by luxury watch specialists before being offered for sale.
Most of our timepieces are supplied as full sets, including the original manufacturer’s box, warranty card/certificates, and instruction manuals. The exact set contents are clearly stated in the description of each individual product page.
We offer both brand-new (unworn) timepieces sourced through trusted networks and certified pre-owned watches in excellent condition. Each product page features detailed descriptions and high-resolution photographs of the actual watch.
Payment & Pricing
We accept bank wire transfers, major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and. For high-value transactions, bank wire transfer is recommended for enhanced security.
Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. Depending on the item's origin and status (new vs. pre-owned), sales are processed under standard VAT or the VAT Margin scheme.
You can enter your promotional or discount code at checkout in the "Coupon Code" field before finalizing your payment. The total price will automatically adjust once applied.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via fully insured express courier services (such as DHL Express or FedEx). Every shipment is 100% insured for its full purchase value until delivery is complete.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
Yes. For security reasons, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Warranty & Returns
Depending on the timepiece, it will either carry the remaining valid manufacturer’s international warranty or a Time Trader warranty (ranging from 1 to 8 years). Specific warranty details are clearly stated on each product page.
We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases. The watch must be returned in the exact condition it was received: unworn, unmodified, and with all original packaging, tags, protective plastics, and documentation intact. Return shipping must be fully insured.
Store Visit & Services
Yes. You can visit our office in Warsaw (skwer K.S.Wyszyńskiego 7) to view, try on, or collect your timepiece in person. Visits are arranged by appointment only—please contact our team in advance to schedule your visit.
If you wish to trade in your current luxury watch towards a new purchase, please fill out our Trade-in form or contact us via WhatsApp/email with details and photos of your watch. We will provide a fair market valuation within 24 hours.
