1.1. Time Trader Group LLC is the owner of the TIME TRADER GROUP trademark and the online store TimeTraderGroup.com
1.2. In accordance with the invoice address the agreement is made between the Client and Time Trader Group LLC.

2. PURCHASE OF GOODS
2.1. The display of goods in the online store does not represent a binding purchase offer of Time Trader Group LLC to the Client.
2.2. The order of goods in the online store Time Trader Group LLC (TimeTraderGroup.com) is placed in the following way. The Client may add the chosen goods to the shopping cart, then enter the required information about the order in the online store section. After the delivery option and the payment method are selected, the Client confirms its intention to purchase the goods by clicking on the corresponding button.
2.3. An e-mail confirming that an order has been made will be sent by Time Trader Group LLC to the e-mail address specified by the Client.
3.1. Time Trader Group LLC offers two main payment options. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
3.2. Prices stated as of the placement of the order are effective. All prices are indicated in EUR, PLN or RUB depending on the chosen currency. Delivery expenses are not included into these prices and will be displayed separately during the order process.
3.3. The Purchase Agreement concluded between Time Trader Group LLC and the Client shall come into effect upon payment of the contracted amount.
3.4. The goods shall remain the property of Time Trader Group LLC until their cost, including delivery expenses, is paid in full. The goods may not be pledged.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. To deliver products, our company uses the services of courier platforms of world-wide reputation, such as TNT, FedEx Express, DHL, UPS, whose long-standing reputation and reliability speak for itself.
4.2. The delivery is fulfilled at the address stated at order placement. If for any reasons there emerged a necessity of delivering the product to another address, you should just contact our specialists.
4.3. The expected delivery date is posted in the corresponding item description and estimated from the moment the payment is received. The delivery time may depend on the performance of shipping companies and delivery may be delayed due to force majeure and other events beyond the control of Time Trader Group LLC.
5. WARRANTY
5.1 All the watches in our shop are purchased at official distributors. The international official manufacturer's warranty is valid for all products.
5.2. Warranty rights established by the law are applicable to all agreements concluded between Time Trader Group LLC and the Client.
5.3. Damages caused by the Client due to improper handling of the goods must be excluded from warranty liability.
6. RETURN CONDITIONS - RETURN POLICY
6.1. The Client shall have the right to reject the goods within 14 days. The date of expiration of the present Agreement is 14 days after purchase.
6.2. If you want to return the item, you must inform us (Time Trader Group LLC, skwer K.S.Wyszyńskiego 7, Warszawa, 01-015, Poland) of his/her intention to return the goods by e-mail (E-Mail info@timetradergroup.com) or phone (phone number +48 535-655-103).
6.3. In order to meet the deadline for the refund, it will be enough to send a message to notify us about the intention to return the goods within 14 days from the payment date.
6.4. If the Client rejects the good, Time Trader Group LLC will refund all payments received from the Client (except for the case specified in 6.6.) not later than 14 days from the date Time Trader Group LLC is informed of the Client’s intention to return the goods.
6.5. Time Trader Group LLC may withhold the refund until the goods are received. The Client must return the goods to Time Trader Group LLC without undue delay.
6.6. The Client shall be liable for the reduced cost of the goods, arising out if the use. If any visual or mechanical defects of the returned goods are detected, Time Trader Group LLC will have to address the corresponding organizations to eliminate these defects. In this case the sum necessary to restore original properties of the goods shall be withheld from the Client. Documents confirming cost of recovery of the goods to the presales level shall be forwarded to the Client’s address entered when placing an order.
6.7. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and have been manufactured on the basis of a personal choice and design of the Client as well as goods that are clearly tailored to meet Client’s personal needs.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLIENTS
7.1. The Client may not block, overtype or modify any content produced by Time Trader Group LLC or in any other way breach the website TimeTraderGroup.com.
7.2. The content of the website TimeTraderGroup.com may not be copied, distributed or otherwise used or reproduced without the prior consent of the copyright holder. This shall also apply to copying by means of robot search technologies or through other automatic mechanisms.
8. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
8.1. Time Trader Group LLC always strives to ensure that the website is available for users without interruption and transmission is error free. However, it is not guaranteed at any time. In addition, access to the website TimeTraderGroup.com may be interrupted or restricted to allow for maintenance to be carried out. Time Trader Group LLC strives to restrict the duration and periodicity of such temporary interruptions.
8.2. Time Trader Group LLC shall bear liability for provided warranties and claims in accordance with the liability law.
