II. Terms & Conditions Time Trader Group

1. General Provisions

2. Invitation to conclude a contract

All product information on the Store's website, including descriptions and prices, does not constitute an offer in the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code, but rather an invitation to conclude a contract in the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

3. Placing and fulfilling orders

  1. The customer places an order using the form on the Store's website.

  2. After placing an order, the customer receives an automatic e-mail message confirming receipt of the order. This message does not constitute acceptance of an offer and is not the moment of concluding a sales contract.

  3. The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives a second, explicit e-mail message confirming acceptance of the order for fulfillment.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in the event of systemic errors, including obvious pricing errors (e.g., a price of 0 PLN or a price significantly deviating from the market price).

4. Payments and prices

  1. Prices provided in the store are gross prices (including VAT).

  2. The customer is obliged to pay for the order within 3 business days from the date of placing the order. After this period, the Store has the right to cancel the order and withdraw from the contract without additional calls.

5. Right of withdrawal from the contract (Returns)

  1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., removal of protective foils, scratches on the bracelet, signs of use on the strap).

  3. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

6. Complaints (Non-conformity of goods with the contract)

  1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract on the terms specified in the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to: info@timetradergroup.com. The Store will respond to them within 14 days.

7. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. The customer has the option to use out-of-court complaint and claim settlement procedures, including through the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
